X92 <br />ORDINANCE N0. 874'7 <br />An Ordinance adopting the new fiscal tax year for the City of Eugene; <br />~ directing that its books be closed on the .30th day of June in each year; <br />i <br />j and that all budgetary receipts heretofore based vn the calendar year be <br />extablished on the fiscal year as herein provided; and directing the <br />Recorder and the City Treasurer to cause the same to be properly set up <br />I <br />upon the City's books. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOVi~S: <br />~ Section 1. The City of Eugene hereby adopts the new fiscal tax <br />year established by-the State of Oregon commencing July 1 in each year and <br />~ terminating on June 30 of the ensuing year, and directs that its books be <br />i <br />closed on the 30th day of June in each year; <br />I <br />Section 2. All budgetary receipts heretofore based on the calendar <br />year be and they are hereby established on the fiscal year as hereinbefore <br />i <br />,provided, and all ordinances and parts of ordinances are hereby ammended <br />to conform hereto, and all licenses permits and funds hereto-fore established <br />on the calendar year be and they are, hereby established and made payable <br />I - <br />on the basis of the fiscal year. <br />Section 3.
