<br />An ordinance levying the annual tax levy for the City of Eugene, for the
<br />fiscal year beginning July 1, 1943 and ending June 30, 1944.
<br />THE CITY OF EUGEI`E DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOsti'S:
<br />Section 1. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon does here-
<br />OF TAX PAYER'S MEETING FOR THE CITY OF ~ ~ "`' ~"
<br />1943-1944 BUDGET
<br />In accordance with the provisions of the local budget la~v (110.1201 to 110-1215, O.C.L.?,., as
<br />amended), notice is hereby given that the Budget Committee of the City of Eugene, Oregon,
<br />in compliance with said law, prepared and adopted on June 7, 1943, the budget estimates for
<br />the City of larugene, Oregon, for the ensuing fiscal year, July 1, 1943 to- June 30, 1944, ag set
<br />~~ out in the accompanying schedules, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
<br />All persons axe hereby notified that on the 8th day of July, 1943, at 7:30 p. m. in the Council
<br />Room in the City Hall Building, Eugene, Oregon, said budget estimates may be discussed with
<br />the Common} Council, the levying board for the City of Eugene, Oregon, and any person subject
<br />to the proposed ta~_ levy or 'tax levies will be heard in favor of or against •said proposed tax
<br />levy or tax levies, or any part thereof.
