2 rJ ry <br />___ ____ ___ __ _. _ __~_ - __ ~._______ ___- __ ___ ~- __-- __ __..-. ______. ____ __ _. ____ __ _ ____Y~=__r_ <br />ORDINANCE N0. 8791 <br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 8413 of the City of Eugene „ <br />entitled: <br />"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts <br />within some of v~rhich it shall be lawful, and.-.within others <br />it shall be unlawful, to erect, construct, alter or main- <br />tain certain buildings, or to-carry on certain trades or <br />~.allings, or within which the height aril bulk of future <br />buildings shall be limited, and providing for set-back <br />lines, and providing for a penalty for the violation <br />thereof ." <br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved by the Mayor April <br />9, 1935: <br />~"AREAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of <br />Eugene, the City Planning Commission has prepared a tentative report and <br />held.hea~ings thereon and have adapted the tentative report as thier final <br />and permanent report and transmitted the same to the City Council with re- <br />commendation that the same be enacted into an ordinance, <br />Now, Therefore, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOE5 ORDAIN AS FOLLOV~FS: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 8413 entitled: <br />"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts <br />within some of which~it shall be lawf ul and within others <br />it shall be unlawful, to erect, construct, alter or main- <br />tain certain buildings, or to carry on certain trades or <br />callings, or within which the height and bulk of future <br />buildings shall be limited, and }~noviding for set-back <br />lines, and providing for a penalty for the violation <br />thereof ." <br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved by the Mayor April <br />9, 1935, be and is hereby amended so as to reclassify a certain area in the <br />following particulars: <br />That the following described property to-wit: Beginning <br />at the intersection of the west line of Oak Street with <br />the north line of 13th street, in the City of Eugene, <br />and running thence North along the west line of Oak St. <br />80 feet, thence west parallel with the north line of 13th <br />street 161 feet to the alley, thence south along the east <br />side of the alley 80 feet to the north line of 13th street <br />and thence east 161 feet to the place of beginning, in the <br />City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, be and the same is <br />hereby changed from a multiple family or apartment zone <br />to a business zone. <br />Section 2.
