That Ordinance No: 8413 entitled <br />"A12 ordinance to create or divide the City into districts within <br />sone of which it shall be lawful and within others of which it <br />shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or maintian certain <br />buildings, or to carry on certain trades or callings, or within <br />which the height and bulk of future buildings shall be limited, <br />and providing for setback lines, and providing for a penalty for <br />the violation thereof." <br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935 and approved by the Mayor April <br />9, 1935, be and the same is hereby amended that the following area, to-wits. <br />Block 1 t3uestmoreland Addition, and the north half of block 7 in <br />Chambers Addition; and lots 7, 8, 9, and 10 of block 6, Chambers <br />Addition: and the territory immediately opposite north of it, <br />being 211 feet on 11th street and 300 feet on Chambers Street <br />now cla~sifidd.~as single family residence, is hereby reclassified as a <br />business district. <br />Section 2.
