<br />"'llIllII <br /> <br />317 <br /> <br />-.-__ .H__ ________ __. ______ __ _____ __ __ ~.____________._____ _ _ '_____ __ __0__ <br />------.--------.- ----.-- ---~--~--- -~..----,------- -~-------- ------ -~-- ------_.--- --- <br /> <br />-- - ~ - - - -- <br />-- -- --- - - -- - ~- <br /> <br />--1----- <br /> <br />- -- -------- ._--------- -. -.-- .------ .----- <br />- ------ ---... --------------'---------- <br /> <br />- -- - -- -- '- <br />-..- - - - - - --_." <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 8821 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />STANDARD MILK ORDINANCE <br />Passed May 14, 1945 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8822 <br /> <br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 8413 of the City of Eugene, entitled: <br /> <br />"An ordinance to create or divide the City into districts within spme of <br />which it'shall be lawful and within others of which it shall be unlawful <br />to $rect, construct, alter or maintain certain building, or to carryon <br />certain trades or callings, or within which the height and bulk of future <br />buildings shall be limited and providing for setback lines, and providing <br />for a penalty for the violation thereof. <br /> <br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved by the Mayor April 9, 1935. <br /> <br />vVHEREAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene the City <br /> <br />Planning Commission has prepared a tenative report and held hearings thereon and have <br /> <br />adopted the tentative report as their final and permanent report and transmitted the same <br /> <br />to the City Council with recommendation that the same be enacted into an ordinance, <br /> <br />Now, Therefore, <br /> <br />""I <br /> <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 8413 entitled: <br /> <br />"An ordinance to create or divide the City into district within some of which <br />it shall be lawful and within others of which it shall be unlawful to erect, <br />construct, alter or maintain certain buildings!.. or to carryon certain trades <br />or callings, or within which the height and bulk of future buildings shall be <br />limited, and providing 'for setback lines, and providing for a penalty for the <br />violation thereof. <br /> <br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved by the Mayor April 9, 1935, be <br /> <br />and the same is hereby amended that the property at the southeast corner of 13th and Olive, <br /> <br />it being a tract 174 feet east on 13th and 118 feet south on Olive, Eu,gene,Lane County, <br /> <br />Oregon, be and the S8I!le is hereby changed from a residential district too a business district. <br /> <br />Section 2.
