3 ,l 9 <br />ORDINANCE N0. 8821.E <br />An ordinance amending Ordinance N o. 8l~13 of the City of Eugene, entitled: <br />"An ordinance to create or divide the City into districts within some of <br />which it shall be lawful, and within others of which it shall be unlaw- <br />ful to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain buildings,' or to carry <br />on certain trades or callings, or withir. which the he~.ght and bulk of <br />future buildings shall be limited, and providing for setback lines, and <br />providing for a penalty for the violation thereof. <br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved by the Mayor April 9, 1935• <br />V'~IIEREAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene the City <br />Planning Commission ha.s prepared a tenetive report and held hearings thereon and have <br />adopted the tentative report as their final and permanent report and transmitted the same <br />to the City Council~nrith recommendation that the same be enacted into an ordinance, <br />Tuow, Therefore, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE TOES ORDATAT 1;S FOLLOWS: - <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. x413 entitled: <br />- t'An ordinance to create or divide the City into districts within some of which <br />it shall be lawful and within others of which it shall be unlawful to erect, <br />construct, alter or maintain certain buildings, or to carry on certain trades, or <br />callings, or within which the height and bulk of future buildings shall be <br />limited, and providing for setback lines, and providing for a penalty for the <br />violation thereof. <br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and ~ proved by the Mayor April °, 1935, be <br />and the same is hereby amended that Lots 8, ~, and 10, block 21~, Packards addition to <br />Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, be and the same is hereby changed from a single family residence <br />to a business district. <br />Section 2.
