p <br />3~H <br />ORDINANCE No. ss3o <br />An Ordinance regulating the speed of steam and electric locomotives and trains <br />operated by steam and electric locomotives within the City of Eugene. <br />THE CITY OF EIIGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLI;OWSs <br />Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person having charge of any steam or <br />el~actric looomotive or having charge of any steam or electric locomotive operating <br />or propelling a train within the corporate limits of the City of Eugene to run or <br />operate such steam or electric locomotive or such train propelled or operated by such <br />steam or electric locomotive within said corporate limits of the City of Eugene at a <br />rate- of speed greater than thirty miles per hour. <br />Seotion 2. That Ordinance No. 1525 be and the same is hereby repealed. <br />Seotion 3.
