There is hereby ec~tablished a financial reserve or <br />special fund for the replacement of automotive equipment in the various ~ <br />departments of the City of Eugene to be provided by taxes levied, or other <br />funds placed therein. Such proposals to be within the limitation imposed by' <br />Article ~I of Section 11 of the constitution of the State of Oregon, and <br />the estimated total outlay is X20,000.00. <br />Section 2. The annuay increrrient ~bo such funds shall be limited to <br />a period of not to exceed ten years. <br />Section 3. This ordihace is passed pursuant to the provisions of <br />Chapter 453 of Oregon Laws 1945, and the various provisions of said <br />Chapter applicable are hereby incorporated herein. <br />Passed by the Common Council Approved by the Mayor this <br />this 11th day of Tune, 1945. 12th day of June, 1945. <br />/s/ John Fields _ _/s/ Earl L.
