<br />to Sung 30, 1946. All persons are hereby notified that on Monday, Jvly 9, 1945;
<br />at 7:30 p. m, in the council Room of the City Hall Building, Eugene, Oregon,
<br />ithe foregoing Budget Estimates for the ensuing fiscal year ending June 30,1946,
<br />for Eugene, Oregon, may be discussed with. the Common Council, 'the Levying
<br />Board of the said City of Eugene, Oregon and any person subject to the pro-
<br />~ posed tax levy or tax levies or -any part thereof. The estimates of expenditures
<br />to be required, the estimated miscellaneous revenues to be receive and the es-
<br />timated taxes on property to be .levied. as prepared by the Budget ommittee and.
<br />adopted June 4, 1945, .are set forth-ire~the foregoing statements.

<br />Seotion 2. That said levy, constituting the General Fund levy in the sum of
<br />X108,028.16 and the levy for special purposes outside of the six per cent limitation,
<br />in the sum of $125,551.$1 and aggregating a total tax levy of ~33,57R•97 be made
<br />against all taxable property within the City of Eugene, for the purpose of deriving the
<br />funds necessary to carry on the different department, and to meet the expenses of the
<br />City Government of said City for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 191.5 and ending June
<br />30, 1916, and to create and provide singing funds and interest funds for the various
<br />outstanding bonds and obligations of the City. That the Recorder of said City is hereby
<br />directed to certify tho said levies as herein made and set forth, to the County officers
<br />of Lane County, Oregon, as provided by law.
<br />Section 3. That the annual levy of taxes for the City of Eugene, for the fisoal
<br />year beginning July 1, 19l~5 and ending June 30, 1916 is required by law to be made by
<br />the Common Council of said City and certified to the County Officers of Lane County, ;
<br />Oregon before the time of completing the tax rolls, so that the seals may be extended
