I <br />3~4 <br />ORDINANCE N0. 8838 <br />An ordinance declaring the necessity for and ratification of certain transfers <br />of City funds purauant to Section 110-1211, OCLA. <br />TfiE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOVPSs <br />Section i. As of the close of business for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1945, <br />Council finda and declares that an unexpended balance remains in the following funds, <br />to-~i.t <br />Old Aviation Field Levy Fund 55.63 <br />Spencer Butte Park Levy Fund 260.65 <br />Athletic Field Levy Fund 3.34 <br />Band Levy Fund 7.99 <br />Lien Rent Fund 153.eb <br />Bioycle License Fund ~ 1257.69 <br />Dog License Fund 1098.60 <br />and that in each instance the necessity of maim aining such funds has ceased to exist. <br />That the Cour:cil hereby declares that the balance in each such ftmd shall be and is <br />hereby transferred to the general Eland of the municipal corporation at the olose of <br />business as of June 30, 191.}5, and shall be deemed a part of the General Fund of the City <br />for its_ 1945-46 operation. <br />Seotion 2. The Council further finds and declared that there is in the State <br />Tax street Rind at the close of business June 30, 1945, the sum of X29 ,126.2b. It is <br />ordered that such fund be transferred to the general fund of the City, to be earmarked <br />however, for the State Tax Street Fund as set up in the 1845-46 budget. <br />Seotion 3. As a ratification of an allotment heretofore made in the budget for <br />191+5-1~b the Council hereby orders the transfer from the General Fund to the Fire Depart- <br />ment Equipment fund the sum of X7,899.08 and further orders a transfer from the general <br />fund for a special Equipment Reserve Fund of X20,000.00. <br />Section 1.~.
