3~9 <br />GnDINANCE N0. 8855 <br />r <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described area, to-wit: <br />High Street from 19th to 20th Avenue <br />Mill Street from 19th to 2l~th Avenue <br />Ferry Street from 19th to ?nth Avenue <br />th Avenue from Pearl to High Street <br />The following streets to be vacated from West line of Driverton Addition <br />to Patterson Streets <br />Twentieth Avenue <br />Twenty First Avenue <br />Twenty Second Avenue <br />Twenty Third Avenue <br />Alleys to be vacated: <br />Block 7 and 8, Teshners Addition. <br />Blocks 13- 1!~- 17- 18- 23- 2I~- 27- 28- 33- 3!~- Driverton Addition. <br />i+Yt~REAS, heretofore and on the 13th day of August, 1a1~5 the Common Council <br />of the City of Eugene passed an Ordinance setting a hearing from OCTOBER 8, 1915, in <br />the Council Chambers at which time and place protests and remonstrenees could be <br />heard as to the vacation of the following premises, to-wit: <br />High Street from I9th to 20th Avenue <br />Plfill Street from 19th to 21}th Avenue <br />Ferry Street from 19th to 2L~th Avenue <br />20th Avenue from Pearl to High Street <br />The following streets to be vacated front the hest line of <br />Driverton Addition to Patterson Street: <br />Twentieth Avenue <br />Twenty first Avenue <br />Twenty second Avenue <br />Twenty third Avenue <br />Alleys to be vacated: <br />Blocks 7 and 8, Teshners Addition <br />Blocks 13- 11.x- 17- 18- 23- 2L4- 27- 28- 33- 31} Driverton Addition <br />~~3ERF,A3, a hearing was held pursuant to said Ordinance in the Council Chambers <br />in the City Hall in the City of Euge ne on Monday, the 8th day of October, 191.5, at <br />7:30 O'clock P.M. and at said time the Council heard all objections, and <br />WF~REAS, all persons owning property abutting upon said area have consented <br />to said vacation. <br />Now, Therefore, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOVPSs <br />Section 1. The Common Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and " <br />legal notice of the said hearing was published and posted as required by law; that <br />no valid objection to said vacation has been made at said hearing, or filed; that the <br />consent of the owners of the abutting property, properly acknowledged, has been filed <br />in said proceedings; aiid that the public interest will not be prejudiced by the <br />vacation of said area. <br />Section 2. That said hearing was held on OCTOBER 8th, 19>.~5 at 7;30 o'clock, <br />P.Pd. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon., and no <br />
