<br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 8l~13 of the City of Eugene, en'
<br />titled:
<br />"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts
<br />within some of which it s'r-all be lawful, and within others
<br />of which it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or
<br />maintain certain buildings, or to carry on certain trades
<br />or callings, or within which the Y,aight and bulk of future
<br />buildings shall be limited, and providing for setback lines,
<br />and providing for a penalty for the violation thereof."
<br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved by the Mayor April
<br />9, 1935•
<br />WHEREAS, under the direotion_of_tre Common Council of the City of Eugene
<br />the City Planning Commission has prepared a tentative report and held hearings
<br />thereon and have adopted the tentative report as their final and permanent report
<br />and transmitted the same to the City Council with recommendation that the same
<br />be enacted into an ordinance,
<br />Now, Therefore,
<br />THE CITY OF EU GENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br />Section 1. That Ordinance No 81.13 enti'cled:
<br />"An Ordinance to create or divide the pity into Districts
<br />within some of which it shall be lawful and within others
<br />of which it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or
<br />maintain certain buildings, or to carry on certain trades
<br />or Callings, or within which the height and bulk of future
<br />buildings shall be limited, and providing for setback lines,
<br />and providing for a penalty for the violation thereof.rr
<br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved by the Mayor April 9, 1935,
<br />be and the same is hereby amended in the following particulars;
<br />That the classification of Byers;
<br />Lots 1+, 5, b, 7 and 8, Block 35, Fairmount Addition ar~d
<br />Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, and 25 feet lying east of ~
<br />Lot 22, all in Block 35, Fairmount Addition to Eugene, Lane
<br />County, Oregon
<br />be and the same is hereby changed from a single family residential district to a
<br />business district.
<br />That the classification of Kok &: Lake:
<br />Lot 7, Block 1+, of `Peshnerts Addition to Eugene, Lane County, Oregon
<br />be and the same is hereby changed from a single family residential district to a ~
<br />business district.
<br />That the classification of W. A. Cummings;
<br />Lots 1, 2, 15 and 16, Block 30, Driverton Addition to Eugene, /
<br />Lane County, Oregon
