~~~ <br />-- --o. - -------- - -------- - - - - -- - __ ----- =-- <br />ORDINANCE N0. 8891. <br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance No 81.x,3 of the City of Eugene, entitled: <br />"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts within some <br />of which it shall be lawful, and within others of which it shall be <br />unlawful to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain buildings, <br />or to carry on certain trades or oallings, or within which the height <br />and bulk of future buildings shall be limited, and providing for set- <br />back lines, and providing for a penalty for the violation thereof." <br />passed by the Common Counoil April 8, ig35, and approved by the Mayor April 9,1935• <br />WHEREAS, under the direction of the Connnon council of the City of Eugene the <br />City Planning Commission has prepared a tentative report and held hearings thereon <br />and have adopted the tentative report. as their final and permanent report and trans- <br />witted the same to the City Council with recommendation that the same be enacted into <br />an ordinance. <br />Now, Therefore, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Seotion 1. That Ordinance No. 81.13 entitleds <br />"An Ordinance to oreate or divide the City into Districts within some <br />of which it shall be lawful, and within others of which it shall be <br />unlawful to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain buildings, <br />or to carry on certain trades or callings, or within which the height <br />and bulk of future buildings shall be limited, and providing for set- <br />back lines, and providing for a penalty far the violation thereof." <br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved by the Mayor April 9, 1935 s <br />be and the same is hereby amended in the follwring particulars <br />That the Classification ofs <br />1"hat the property starting at the intersection of 'the West Side of <br />Alder Street and the North side of Tarenty-Fifth, thence North along ~ <br />Alder ninety seven feet, thence West one hundred feet parallel to <br />Alder stre~, thence East one hundred feet along the North side of <br />Twenty-Fifth Street to the point of departure, <br />be and the same is hereby changed from a single family to a multiple family residents <br />ial district. <br />That the Classification ofs <br />The four blocks between Pearl and Patterson Streets, and between <br />13th & ].!}th Streets ~ <br />be and the same is hereby changed from a single family to an R-2 Apartment House <br />District. <br /> <br />That the Classification ofs <br />Lot 1~, Block I, Snodgrass Addition to Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, <br />at 16th and Willamette <br />be and the same is hereby changed from a single family to a business district. <br /> <br />
