ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 21-16-07 <br />of the <br />City Attorney <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br />DESIGNATING TRAVIS SMITH AS ACTING IN CAPACITY EUGENE <br />CITY PROSECUTOR. <br />The City Attorney of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />A. Due to the resignation of City Prosecutor Susan Triem, it is necessary to appoint an <br />Acting in Capacity (AIC) City Prosecutor until a permanent City Prosecutor can be appointed. <br />B.
