Any liCAnse i~c~aad under this Ordinance may be careelled by <br />the Council for any violation of this Ordinance. When any license.shall be cancel- <br />led by the Council there shall be refunded to the licensee the unoarned portion of <br />the license fee paid. <br />Section 8. All automobiles rented to patrons under tTiis Ordinance shall <br />carry in a conspicuous place in the cab the name of the owner and that it is a <br />drive yourself service. <br />Section 9. Each drive yourself service si:all file with the police depart- <br />went monthly a certificate of a qualified inspector as to each of the licensed cars, <br />which reports shall show the condition of the equipment and particularly as to <br />brakes, lights and tires. <br />Section 10. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating any of the <br />provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction in the ~+Iunicipal Court, be <br />subject to a fine of not less than X5.00 nor more than X50.00, and in case of <br />failure to pay such fine shall be imprisoned in the City Jail one day for each <br />X2.00 of such fine unpaid, and provided further, that in the discreti©n of the <br />Il4unieipal Judge such offender shall have his or its license or permit revoked, <br />either for a term or permanently. <br />Passed by, the Common Council <br />this 21st day of May, 1~1.~6. <br />~i.proved by the I,'ayor this <br />22nd day of h?ay, 196. <br />~s/ John Fields <br />City Recorder <br />,s~ Earl L McATutt <br />Mayor <br />
