Any liCAnse i~c~aad under this Ordinance may be careelled by <br />the Council for any violation of this Ordinance. When any license.shall be cancel- <br />led by the Council there shall be refunded to the licensee the unoarned portion of <br />the license fee paid. <br />Section 8. All automobiles rented to patrons under tTiis Ordinance shall <br />carry in a conspicuous place in the cab the name of the owner and that it is a <br />drive yourself service. <br />Section 9. Each drive yourself service si:all file with the police depart- <br />went monthly a certificate of a qualified inspector as to each of the licensed cars, <br />which reports shall show the condition of the equipment and particularly as to <br />brakes, lights and tires. <br />Section 10.
