That Section 123 of Ordinance No. 887. entitled; <br />"An Ordinance providing for the establishment of a Bureau of Fire <br />Prevention, providing officers therefore and defining; their pourers <br />and duties, and prescribing regulations for fire prevention and <br />life safety in connection with hazardous materials and processes." <br />passed by the Common Council on the // z;~ da~T of February, 19l~6, and approved by <br />the T.Rayor on the /,3~_day of February, 1;~1a.6, be and the same is hereby amended to <br />read as f oll ours ; <br />"123.
