Ei920 <br />An Ordinance to ~ construct a sanitary sewer on the East Side .of Lincoln <br />Street, between 2lst Avenue West and 23rd Avenue West in the City of Eugene, bane <br />County, Oregon. <br />THE CITY.OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Lane county, Oregon, does hereby declare <br />its intention to~ construct a sanitary sewer on the East Side of Lincoln Street, between <br />21st Avenue West and 23rd Avenue West in the City•of E4ngene, Lane County, Oregon <br />and making such other and further improvements in connection therewith as may be necessary and proper <br />to a properly oonatruoted sewer all in accordance with the plans and specifica- <br />tions to be prepared by the city engineer as hereinafter specified. <br />construction <br />Sec i~~~`l~~~E~'ra~the costs of said ~~o~cshall be assessed and be borne by the property adjacent <br />to said xcept street intersections whichwill be paid for by the city, and there shall be included <br />as a part of the costs thereof, the engineer's charges for his services thereon not to exceed five per cent <br />of the contract price therefor. <br />Sect' ~t ~he city engineer is hereby directed to make and prepare plans and specifications for <br />~f Construction <br />WxE A he xb~ c ntemplated and provided fo this ordinanc }~~~~~Sar~s <br />d the~~~~proved a~in such a condition that ~x immediate <br />essential to safety, it is, therefore, declared that an emergency exists and that it is necessary for the <br />immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, that this ordinance take effect at once, and <br />it is ordered that this act shall take effect immediately upon its passage by the Council and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />the said s provided in Section One of this Ordinance and file the same with the City Recorder. <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />----~Oth----day of----J-uly--------------•---------------•-----~ 1946_. <br />---~5/-------- Ea?s'1_-L:_-Mc1~Iutt----------------------------- Mayor <br />Passed by the Common Council this <br />-_---nth----day of----Ju].~-------•=--•=-----•----------------- 198~,~~- <br />_.__,f s f ________ JoY~n:_F~el~,s______________________ City Recorder <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
