Ei920 <br />An Ordinance to ~ construct a sanitary sewer on the East Side .of Lincoln <br />Street, between 2lst Avenue West and 23rd Avenue West in the City of Eugene, bane <br />County, Oregon. <br />THE CITY.OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
