That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Lane county, Oregon, does hereby declare <br />its intention to ix~.px~c construct a sanitary se~rrer in the alley between Washington and Jef- <br />ferson Streets, extending from 22nd Avenue West to 21~th Avenue Y~est in the City of Eugene, <br />Lane County, Oregon. <br />and making such other and further improvements in connection therewith as may be necessary and proper <br />to a properly construat~d sewer all in accordance with the plans and specifica- <br />tions to be prepared by the city engineer as hereinafter specified. <br />Se~t,~;g~~i~at the costs of said ~~C~~hall be assessed and be borne by the property adjacent <br />to said ~l~! nexcept street intersections whichwill be paid for by the city, and there shall be included <br />as a part of the costs thereof, the engineer's charges for his services thereon not to exceed five per cent <br />of the contract price therefor. <br />Section 3. Th the city engineer is hereby directed to make and prepare plans and specifications for <br />the said i~~~~ provided in Section One of this Ordinance and file the same with the City Recorder. <br />oonstruoti n <br />ecti n 4.
