~~~~ <br /> <br />b' <br /> <br />IlVIPR~VElVIENT OI~LIINANCE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 89?6 <br />An Ordinance to ~ construct a sanitary sewer in the alley between Jefferson <br />and Madison Streets and extending .from 19th Avenue West to 21ath Avenue West in the <br />City of Eugene, bane County, Oregon. <br />THE CITY .OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Lane county, Oregon, does hereby declare <br />its intention to a construct a sanitary sewer .in the alley between Jefferson and Madison <br />Streets and extending from 19th Avenue West to 21~th Avenue West in the C$ty of Eugene, Lane <br />County, Oregon. <br />and making such other and further improvements in connection therewith as may be necessary and proper <br />to a properly constructed sewer all in accordance with the plans and specifica- <br />tions to be prepared by the city engineer as hereinafter specified. <br />Sec ' ~~..~. , a~the costs of said 'cam tr~°~hall be assessed and be borne by the property adjacent <br />to said ~~~Ki~~, except street intersections whichwill be paid for by the city, and there shall be included <br />as a part of the costs thereof, the engineer's charges for his services thereon not to exceed five per cent <br />of the contract price therefor. <br />SectiQ~„~t~oe city engineer is hereby directed to make and prepare plans and specifications for <br />the said > s provided in Section One of this Ordinance and file the same with the City Recorder. <br />ectio,~~ ~4.
