That the Ordinance No. 81.13, entitled, "An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts within some of which it shall be lawful and within others of whioh it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain buildings, or to carry on certain trades or oallings, or within which the height and bulk of future buildings shall be limited, and providing for setback lines, and providing for a penalty for the violation thereof." be and the same is hereby amended in the following particular: i That the following described portion of the City of Eugene recently 1 annexed to said city pursuant to a special election duly had, to-wit; ' Commencing at the intersection of the South line of '2nd Avenue ~ West and the West City limits of the City of Eugene, running thenc9 North s~long the blest City limits to the South line of 15th Avenue West, thence F~festerly along the South City limits of Eugene to ~ a point 903 feet East of Chambers Street, being the East line of the municipal airport, thence South 520 feet to the South line i of D. L. C. No. 37, thence West 83.3 feet, thenoe South 530 feet ' to the center line of 18th Avenue West, if extended, thence East 571 feet to the West line of Polk Street, thence South 20 feet, j thence East along -the South line of pith Avenue West 378 feet to the East line of the Municipal airport, thenoe South along the East line-of the municipal airport 17L~5 feet to the South line ~ of 22nd Avenue West, if produced west, thence East 2L400 feet to 1 the place of begizm.ing; ~ be and the same is hereby classified as a single family residential district (R'1). Section 2.
