<br />~l) <br /> <br />ORDINATTGE N0. $937 <br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance No 841j of tt~e City of Eugene, entitled; <br />"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts ~rithin <br />some of which it shall be lawful, and within others of v~hiich it <br />shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain <br />buildings, or carry on certain trades or callings, or within <br />which tl'ie height and bulk of future buildings shall be .,limited, <br />and providing for setback lines, and providing for a penalty for <br />the violation thereof." <br />passed by the Common Council April $, 1935, and approved by the Mayor, April g, 1935. <br />WHEREAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene the City <br />Planning Commission has prepaz•ed a tentative report and held hearings 'thereon and have <br />adopted the tentative report as their final and permanent report and transmitted the <br />same-to the City Council with recommendation that the same be enacted into an ordinance. <br />- THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FnLLOWSs <br />Section 1. shat Ordinance No. 8.13, entitled; <br />"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts within <br />some of which it shall be lawful and within others of which it <br />shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or ^-.wintain certain <br />buildings, or to carry on certain trades or callings, or within <br />which the height ar.d bulk of future buildings shall be ,limited, an d <br />providing for setback lines, and providing for a penalty for the <br />violation thereof." <br />passed by the Common Council April, 1935, and approved by the P,+fay or, April 9, 1835, <br />be and the same is hereby amended in the following particulars: <br />That the classification of: <br />Lot 3, Block ~+ of Purkerson and Quimby~s Addition to Eugene, <br />(property located at 1150 West 6th Avenue} `~ <br />be and the same is hereby changed from a single family residential district to a <br />multiple family property. (R-3 Zone} <br />Section 2.
