I <br />~~~ <br /> <br />ORDINI~NCE NO. 89l~.. <br />An Ordinance repealing Ordinancr~ No. 8936 entitled; <br />An Ordinance vacating the following d©scrived area, to-wit: <br />The platted alley extending East and V+(est ~tl^sough Block ^c0 <br />Chambers Addition to the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, <br />and bounded by the_Y,1est line of Garfield Street and the East <br />line of Arthur Street in said City of Eugene. <br />WHEREAS, the above Ordinance No 8936 was prematurely and illegally <br />passed by the Common Council of the City of Eugene on September 9, 19l~6, and <br />thereafter purportedly approved by the R4ayoi~ on September 10, 191.F6, and should be <br />repealed. <br />TfiEREFORE, TiiE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
