I <br />X22 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8959 <br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance Pdo. 81113 of the City of Eugene, titled: <br />"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts within <br />some of which it shall be lawful, and within others of which it <br />shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain <br />buildings, or to carry on certain trades or callings, or vrithin <br />which the height and bulk of future buildings shall be limited, <br />and providing for setback lines, and providing for a penalty for <br />the violation thereof." <br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved by the :~gayor April 9, 1935• <br />WHEREAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene <br />the City Planning Commission has prepared a tentative report and held hearings <br />therecn and have adopted the tentative report as their final and permanent report <br />and transmitted the same to the City Council with recommendation that the same be <br />enacted into an ordinance, <br />Now, Therefore, <br />THE CITY OF EUGEPIE DOES ORDAIN' AS FbLLOYiS <br />Section 1. That Ordinance A1o. 81113 entitled: <br />"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts within <br />some of which it shall be lawful and wi thin others of which i.t shall <br />be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain build- <br />ings, or to carry on certain trades or callings, or within which <br />the height and b~.ilk of future buildings shall be limited, and pro- <br />viding for setback lines, and providing fora penalty for the vio- <br />lation thereof." <br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved by the hgayor April 9, 1935, <br />be and the same is hereby amended in the following particulars: <br />That the Classification of <br />Lot 11, Block 10, Herriricks Addition to Eugene . Property located ~ <br />at 1528 Charnelton Street <br />be and the same is hereby changed from a single family residence to multiple family <br />residence classification (R-3) . <br />Section 2.
