At times there's block long backed-up traffic from the Lincoln St and Increased congestionis unsafe Woodfield Station traffic lights. and not acceptable, traffic counting needs to be done on W 29th Ave. The Downtown no bike ridingon sidewalkslaw needs to apply to South Willamette St & 29thAve. It's absurd to provide bike lanes for bicycles & skateboards and see people not riding in them,but next to them on sidewalks, so thatpedestrians can't safe walkable sidewalks have . remain livable For neighborhoods to building developments needs toprovide adequate onsite parking. Cascade Manor'sbuildings(and others) needtoprovide ample employee, patron, resident & visitor parking. W 30th Ave is not their parking lot. There is no 1/2 car, so a halfparking space building site requirement is ridiculous low. but who are they ǉ The city doesnot require developersto divulge their investors, where are they from? 10-year tax breaks Developers apply forMUPTE. While yearly 3% taxincreaseStop property owners get a . thiscity budget rip-off policy MUPTEsubsidizing called , that has the general property owner thedeveloperand their wealthy investors. supports schools,parks ǉ natural,open, green spaces for Envision Eugene healthy community so please keeptheWillard School publiclands and low density in theMetroPlan. should not negatively impact Multi-family housing options and housing mix established neighborhoods and businesses by decreasing solar access and privacy.
