At times there's block long backed-up traffic from the Lincoln St and <br />Increased congestionis unsafe <br />Woodfield Station traffic lights. and not acceptable, <br />traffic counting needs to be done on W 29th Ave. <br />The Downtown no bike ridingon sidewalkslaw needs to apply to South Willamette St <br />& 29thAve. It's absurd to provide bike lanes for bicycles & skateboards and see <br />people not riding in them,but next to them on sidewalks, so thatpedestrians can't <br />safe walkable sidewalks <br />have . <br />remain livable <br />For neighborhoods to building developments needs toprovide <br />adequate onsite parking. Cascade Manor'sbuildings(and others) needtoprovide <br />ample employee, patron, resident & visitor parking. W 30th Ave is not their parking <br />lot. There is no 1/2 car, so a halfparking space building site requirement is ridiculous <br />low. <br />but who are they lj <br />The city doesnot require developersto divulge their investors, <br />where are they from? 10-year tax breaks <br />Developers apply forMUPTE. While <br />yearly 3% taxincreaseStop <br />property owners get a . thiscity budget rip-off policy <br />MUPTEsubsidizing <br />called , that has the general property owner thedeveloperand <br />their wealthy investors. <br />supports schools,parks lj natural,open, green spaces for   <br />Envision Eugene <br />healthy community <br />so please keeptheWillard School publiclands and low density <br />in theMetroPlan. <br />should not negatively impact <br />Multi-family housing options and housing mix <br />established neighborhoods and businesses by decreasing solar access and privacy. <br /> <br />
