I haveseennothingofthatmajorunderlyingproblem <br />towhichtheOregonConsensusreportgave a prominentposition:trust.Itshouldbe <br />obviousthatitdoesn’tmatterhowmuchcommunicationyouhaveifthecommunicating <br />partiesdon’ttrustoneanother.Andengagementbetweenpartiesthatdon’ttrustone <br />anotherwilllikelygonowhereorbecome hostile. <br />In thisdocument, I havedealtwithitemsthatinvolvecommunicationandengagement,but <br />thatdamagetrust.
