Council discussion: <br />Council has the authority to reconsider the annexation passed earlier in the evening. <br />Support expressed for bringing a resolution opposing the Dakota Access Pipeline to <br />council for consideration. <br />4. PUBLIC HEARING <br />An Ordinance Extending the Rental Housing Code Sunset Date and Providing For an <br />Effective Date <br /> 1. Norton Cabell – Housing Policy Board supports the extension of the sunset date. <br /> 2. Susan Connolly – Opposed to extension of the sunset date and the rental code. <br /> 3. Dennis Casady – Opposed to extension of the sunset date and the rental code. <br /> 4. Robin Bloomgarden – Opposed to extension of the sunset date and the rental code. <br /> 5. Brian Cox – Opposed to extension of the sunset date and the rental code. <br /> 6. Rick Williams – Supported the extension of the sunset date and keeping the rental code. <br /> 7.
