I <br />~~2 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE N0. 897t~. <br />An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of a sewer on <br />Lincoln Street between Twenty--first Avenue and Twenty-third Avenue. <br />i WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 8820 <br />' passed by the Common Council on the 29th day of July, 19J~6 and approved by the Mayor <br />on the 30th day of July, 19.6, determine to construct a sewer on Lincoln Street <br />! between Twenty-first Avenue and Twenty-third Avenue in the City of Eugene, and <br />i <br />j WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in <br />accordance with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the <br />- costs .and amount thereof to be assessed have been ascertained to be, <br />Amount paid Contraotor ~1286.91a. <br />Engineering 5~ X4.35 <br />1 Amount to be Assessed ~Z, ~ . <br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed <br />owners of the hereafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore <br />I <br />duly and regularly given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No 1510, <br />I <br />passed by the Common Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 19]~.~ <br />i <br />and approved by the Mayor thereof on the 21st day of April, 1911.x., and the Common <br />Council having heard any and alI protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and <br />having fully considered the same, <br />THE CITY OF EUC~NE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />! Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a seeder on Lincoln Street <br />j between Twenty-first Avenue and_Twenty--third Avenue in the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />r <br />' is the sum of X1351.29 as aforesaid, which is by this Ordinance assessed against the <br />parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite respectively. <br />Section 2.
