<br />. 3 An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of a sewer on
<br />Jefferson Street between Nineteenth Avenue and Twenty-fourth Avenue.
<br />V`~-ICRF~AS, the Cor,~mon Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 89?1E,
<br />passed by the said Common Council on the 29th day of July, 19L{.6, and approved by the
<br />Mayor thereof on the 30th day of July, 1Q1.~.6, determine to construct a sewer on
<br />Jefferson Street between Nineteenth Avenue and Twenty-fourth Avenue in the City of
<br />Eugene , and
<br />WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in
<br />accordance with said ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs
<br />amount thereof to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

<br />~'itHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and•reputed owners
<br />of the hereafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly said
<br />regularly given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. T510, passed
<br />by the Common Council of tho City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1911., and approved
<br />the Pdayor thereof on the 21st day of April, 1911, and the .Common Council having hear~any
<br />and alI protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having-fully considered the
<br />same,
<br />THE CITY OF EUC~NE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br />Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a sewer on Jefferson Street
<br />4 ~ -
<br />between Nineteenth Avenue and Twenty-fourth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Oregon, is
<br />the sum of ~2,901.~.96, as aforesaid, which is by this Ordinance assessed against the
<br />parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite respectively.
<br />Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does
<br />hereby determine and assess each lot, and part of lot, being in Eugene, Lane County,
<br />Oregon, to-vrit
