That subdivision (b) of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8938, <br />i of the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, passed by the Common Council on <br />October 11.x., 19I~6, and approved by the Mayor on October 7.l.~., 1911.6, be and the <br />same is hereby amended to read as follows; <br />i (b), The term "machine", whenever used in this ordinance shall <br />i <br />mean and include any pin ball, marble game or similar device or game, and <br />i <br />~ any juke box or music or sound producing machine, regardless of the number <br />of remote control selector and selecting devices and any other radio, music or <br />i <br />~ sound projector or device, and any other machine or device the playing or <br />operation of which is had by depositing therein coins or slugs, and are played <br />I <br />or operated for amusement or entertainment only. <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />15th day of rllarch, 1917. <br />/s/ Earl L.
