Robertson ~ John L A.Iikelsell <br />a <br />and Harvey Hilton three disinterested free-holders of the City of Eugene <br />.and each possessing the qualifications of jurors of the Circuit Court of Lane County, <br />i <br />Oregon,~'are appointed as; viewers of the Circuit Court of Lane County, Oregon are <br />(~ appointed as viewers to view such. proposed street and make an assessment of the <br />damages and benefits as provided in Section 1,r. of Chapter 92 of the Charter of the <br />City of Eugene. <br />Section 1.~. That said viewers are directed to meet on the 9th __day of <br />May ,1g1~7, at 9:30 o'clock in the Council Chambers of the City Ball <br />in the City of Eugene, and the City Recorder is directed to cause a notice to <br />property owners by publication for at least ten days successively prior to the said <br />day assi gized for said viewers to meet, in a newspaper published in the City of Eugene, <br />giving the names of and the time and place ap~,uinted for them to meet and specifying <br />with convenient certainty the boundaries, termini or other description of the said <br />proposed street, and the boundaries or other description of the parcels of private <br />property to be appropriated for said purpose. <br />Section 5• That the City Recorder is directed to send by mail postpaid, <br />a copy of each notice to each of the property owners whose property is proposed to <br />be appropriated or to the agent of such owner where the postoffice address of such <br />oVmer or agent is known to him, and if such postoffice address be unl~own to him <br />then such notice shall be directed to such ~rner or agent at Eugene, Oregon, as <br />provided in Section 3 of Chapter 9 of the Charter of the City of Eugene. <br />Section 6.
