Seventeenth Avenue iislest to Riine- <br />teenth Avenue Z~Vest in the City of Eugene, Oregon, by integral curb <br />concrete paving, or asphaltic concrete paving, vrith combination curb <br />and gutter, and grading and drainage thereof. <br />~T~E iC3T`Y OF EU~CENE DOES ORDAIN AS ~'O.I:I~WS': <br />Section 1. That t~ ~Corr3~op Gour~cl q~ ;the :City of .Eugene, Inane county, Dregon, does hereby declare <br />its intention to improve <br />Lawrence Street from Seventeenth Avenue uuest to Nineteenth Avenue West <br />in the City of Eugene, Oregon, by integral curb concrete paving, or <br />asphaltic concrete paving, vrith combination curb and gutter, and grading <br />and drainage thereof. <br />and making such other .and further improvements in connection therewith as may be necessary and proper <br />to a properly a n street all in accordance with the plans and specifica- <br />tions to be prepared bpy the c~ty engineer as hereinafter specified. <br />Section 2. That the costs of said improvement shall be assessed and be borne by the property adjacent <br />to said improvement, except street intersections whichwill be paid for by the city, and there shall be included <br />as a part of the costs thereof, the engineer's charges for his services thereon not to exceed five per cent <br />of the contract price therefor. <br />Section 3. That the city engineer is hereby directed to make and prepare plans and specifications for <br />the said improvement as provided in Section One of this Ordinance and file the same with the City Recorder. <br />Section 4.
