That sub-section b, Section 3, be amended to read as follas;rs: j~ <br />I <br />~ - A remittance of X10,00 which shall constitute an annual City license fee for such, <br />- - it <br />private operator together ti~rith not more than one co-owner, and further remittance <br />l of X5,00 annual City license fee for each additional aircraft owner by such owner anal <br />not more than one co-Garner, and a further remittance of x"5,00 for each and every i <br />additional co-owner of such aircraft. <br />Section 2, That sub-section c, of Section 3, be amended to read as follows; <br />P,~embers of any club, associated together as a non-profit aviation club, society or <br />organization consisting of five or more members, must first secure a club license - - <br />- - - the annual license fee shall be as follows; 5 to 9 members inclusive, x{.,00 <br />per year per member; l0 or more members, X3.00 per year per member, payable annually <br />at the time of making application. <br />Section 3• That Section 3 be amended by adding thereto an additional <br />sub-section, designated "d", Transit Aircraft: in words and figures, as follovrs: <br />That no landing charge shall be made for the landing by transit aircraft <br />pilots and that such transit aircraft pilots shall be permitted to use all hold anal <br />parking facilities gratis for a period of one week, after which a fee of 50~ per night <br />shall be charged. <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />15th day of July, 19Li.7 <br />Passed by the Common Council <br />this 11.rth day of July, 19Li.7. <br />/s~ Earl L.
