~~ <br />ORDINANCE N0. 902'j <br />1 <br />- r <br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance No, i31.~.13, of the City of Eugene, <br />entitled; <br />"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts <br />within soma of which it shall be lav~rful, and within <br />others~of which it shall be unlawful to~erect, construct, <br />alter or maintain certain buildings, or to carry on <br />certain trades or callings, or within which the height <br />and bulk of future building shall be limited, and provid- <br />ing for setback lines, and providing for a penalty for the <br />` violation thereof." <br />}~~:ssed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved by the b4ayor April 9, <br />1935• <br />VY~LREAS, under the direction of the Common Cauncil of the City of Eugene, <br />the City Planning Commission has prepared a tentative report and held hearings <br />thereon and has adopted the tentative report as their final and permanent report <br />and transmitted the same to the City Council with recommendation that the same <br />be onacted into an Ordinance, <br />NOV`d, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EUCETIE DOES (3RDAIN AS FOLLOIi~S: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 81x.1.3, entitled; <br />"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts <br />within some of which it shall be la~rful, and within <br />others of which it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, <br />alter or maintain certain buildings, or to carry on <br />certain trades or callings, or vrithin which the height <br />and bulk of future building shall be limited, and providing <br />for setback lines, and providing for a penalty for the <br />violation thereof." <br />t <br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935: and approved by the T+~ayor April 9, <br />1935, be and the same is hereby amended in the follavring particulars: <br />That the classification ofs <br />Lot No. 6 and Jest half of Lot No. 7, in Block 2, Packard~s <br />Addition to Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />be and the same is hereby designated as business classification and zoning. <br />Section 2.
