<br />An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of a sanitary sevrer along
<br />Elk Drive from Fairmount Boulevard to Hendricks Park.
<br />Vt~iEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 8951.x, passed
<br />by the Said Comjnon Council on the 12th day of November, i91a.6, and approved by the Mayor

<br />thereof on the 13th day of November, 1946, determine to construct a sanitary sewer along

<br />Elk Drive from Fairmount Boulevard to Hendricks Park, and

<br />W?~REAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance
<br />with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs and amount
<br />thereof to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

<br />hereafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly
<br />given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the C oirnnon
<br />Council of the City of Eugene on the' 20th day of April, 1911.1., and approved by the Mayor
<br />thereof on the'21st day of April, 1911}, and the Common Council having heard any and all
<br />protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having fully considered the same,

<br />Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a sanitary sewer along Elk Drive
<br />from Fairmount Boulevard to Hendricks Park, in the City of Eugene, Orogon, is the sum
<br />of ~1~,566.$I, as aforesaid, which is by this Ordinance assessed against the parcels of
<br />property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite, respectfully.
<br />Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby
<br />determine and assess each lot, and part of lot, being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon,
