<br />V'1HERF,AS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance Tdo. 8978,
<br />passed by the said Common Council on the 10th day of February, 191..{.7, and approved by
<br />the T:'fayor thereof on the 11th day of February, 1917, determine to construct a cement
<br />sidewalk on -Lhe North side of Thirteenth Avenue West between I4lonroe and Almaden Streets,
<br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregcm, and
<br />UVHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance
<br />Urith said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof
<br />and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

<br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the armers and reputed owners of the
<br />hereinafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly
<br />given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance DIo. 1510, passed by the Common
<br />Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1971.x., and approved by the TJfayor
<br />thereof on the 21st day of April, 1911-, and the Common Council having heard any and all
<br />protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having fully considered the same,

<br />Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a cement sidetivalk on t he North side
<br />of Thirteentll Avenue V'Vest between L~ienroe and Almaden Streets, in the City of Eugene,
<br />Oregon, is the sum of y,'~3,313.32, as aforesaid, which is by-this Ordinance assessed
<br />against the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite,
<br />
<br />respectively.
<br />Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby
<br />determine and -assess each lot and part or' lot, being in Eugene, Lane Gounty, Oregon, tovrit;`
