<br />An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of a cement sidewallc on the
<br />V'Iest side of Kincaid Street between Twenty-fifth Avenue East and Twenty-sixth Avenue
<br />East, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
<br />YJHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordiancne No. t3g1a.6, passed
<br />by the laid Common Council on the ]lath day of October, 1g1~6, and approved by the Mayor
<br />thereof on the 15t1i day of October, 1g1.~6, determine to construct a cement sidewalk on
<br />the Vvtest side of Kincaid Street between Twenty-fifth Avenue East and Twenty-si~-th Avenue
<br />East, in the City of Eugene, and
<br />VVI~REAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance
<br />vrith said Ordinance and the lavr in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof
<br />and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be

<br />hereafter designated parcels of real property having been-heretofore duly and regularly
<br />given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the
<br />Corrunon Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1911x., and approved by
<br />the Mayor thereof on the 21st day of April, 1g1L~., and the Common Counci3 lowing heard
<br />any and all protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having fully considered
<br />the same,
<br />THE CITY OF EUGENI DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOi~1S :
<br />Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a cement sidewall~ on the ~~Jest side
<br />of Kincaid Street, between Twenty-fifth Avenue East and Twenty-sixth Avenue. East, in -Ehe
<br />City of Eugene, Oregon, is the sum of ~g2g.51, as aforesaid, which is by this ~3rdinance
<br />~ assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set
<br />j opposite, respectively.
<br />~ Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugeno, Oregon, does hereby
<br />determine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-y~,-it
