<br />i WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 88gg,

<br />' passed by the said Common Council on the 13th day of rJlay, 181.16, and approved by the

<br />Mayor thereof on the ].~.Ith day of L~'tay, lgl.16; determine to construct sanitary seVrors in
<br />certain streets and areas in the City o2^ Eugene, Oregon, and,
<br />~ VdIiER.EAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance

<br />with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs and amount

<br />j Avenue - Jackson to Adams ; Cheshire Avenue - Van Buren to Jacks on, in the City of Eugene,
<br />j Oregon, is the sum of ~11,1~63.611a as aforesaid, vrhich is by this Ordinance assessed
<br />against the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite
