<br />An Ordinance levying assessments for the construdtion of a cement sidewalk on the
<br />?Nest side of Kincaid Street between Twenty-sixth Avenue East and Twenty-seventh Avenue East,
<br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
<br />U~TiERE,4S, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 8993, passed

<br />by the said Common Council on the 14th day of April, 1947, and approved by the Mayor thereof
<br />on April 15, 194?, determine to construct a cement sidewalk on the West side of Kincaid Street
<br />bewteen Twenty=sixth Avenue East and Twenty-seventh Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, Lane
<br />County, Oregon; and,
<br />UIILREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance
<br />with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof ar~d
<br />amount to be assessed have bean ascertained to be,
<br />Amount paid contractor $~ 842.50
<br />5% Engineering charge 2.1
<br />Amount assessed property ~ $84.63
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners of tkie
<br />hereinafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duely and regularly
<br />given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinanc~eeNo. 1510, passed by the Common
<br />Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1914, ar~d approved by the Mayor thereof
<br />on the 21st day of April, 1914, and the Common Council having heard any and all protests,
<br />objections and r emonstrances thereto and having fully considered the same,
<br />THE CITY OF IIJGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO?STS:
<br />Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a c ement sidewalk on the T~Test side of
<br />Kincaid Street between Twenty-sixth Avenue East and ^lwenty-seventh Avenue East, in the City
<br />of Eugene, is the sum of X8$4.63, as aforesaid, which is by this Ordinance assessed against
<br />the parcels of property hereinafter described in'~the amounts set opposite, respectively.
<br />Section 2. That the Corm~on Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine
<br />and assess each lot and part of lot, being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-wit:
