<br />An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of a cement sidewalk on the West
<br />side of Taylor Street between Third Avenue West and Fourth Avenue West, in the City of Eugene,
<br />Lane County, Oregan.
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the Cita~ of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 9039, passed by
<br />the said Common Council on the 11th day of August, 1947, and approved by the Mayor thereof on
<br />August 12, 1947, determine to ,construct a cement sidewalk on the West side of Taylor Street
<br />between Third Avenue West and Fourth Avenue West, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon;
<br />and, '
<br />WHEREAS, the improvement above deseri bed and designated has been made in accordance with
<br />said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and amount to
<br />be assessed have ascertained to be,
<br />Amount paid contractor, $p 264.50

<br />Amount assessed property ~v 277.73
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners of the herein-
<br />after designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given and in
<br />~ compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council of the City
<br />f of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1914, and approved by the ~`iayor thereof on the 21st day of
<br />April, 1914, and the Corr~non Council having heard any and all protests, objections and remon-
<br />~ strances thereto and having fully considered the same,

<br />Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine

<br />be liens upon the respective lots, parts of lots or parcels of land against which said several
