<br />An Ordinance levying assessments for the paving of Ferry Street between Seventeenth
<br />Avenue East• and Nineteenth Avenue East, in t he City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. °
<br />t~~IE.REAS, the Common Council of the Cit~~ of Eugene did b3- Ordinance No. 8995, passed by
<br />the said Common Council on the 12th day of May, 1947, and approved by the Niayor. thereof on ,
<br />clay 13th, 1947, determine to pave Ferry Street between Seventeenth Avenue East and Nineteenth
<br />Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and
<br />TrIHEREAS, the improvement above described and desi~ated has been made in accordance with j
<br />said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and amount to
<br />be assessed have been ascertained to be,

<br />Amount assessed property ~ 12,969.94
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the ovmers and reputed owners of the herein-
<br />after designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given and '
<br />ita compliance with the pro visions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council of the
<br />City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1914, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the 21st ~
<br />day of April, 1914, and the Common council having heard any end all protests, objections and ,
<br />remonstrances thereto and having fully considered the same.
<br />THE CITY OF AIGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOTidS:
<br />Section 1. That the total cost of paving Ferry Street from Seventeenth Avenue East to

<br />Nineteenth Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, is the sum of X12,969.94, as aforesaid, which is
<br />by this Ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts
<br />set opposite, respectively.
