<br />An Ordinance levying assessments for the paving of Alder Street from Twenty-fifth Avenue
<br />East to Twenty-seventh Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
<br />[1hiER.EAS, the Conunon Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinan ce No. 8987, passed by
<br />the said Common Council on t he 10th day of March, 1947, and approved by the riayor thereof on
<br />March 11, 1947, determine to pave Alder Street from Twenty-fifth l,venue East to Twenty-seventh
<br />Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and
<br />WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance vrith
<br />said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and amount to
<br />be assessed have been ascerta3_ned to be,

<br />THE CITY OF IlJGENE DOES~ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: !'
<br />Section 1. That the total cost of paving Alder Street from Twenty-fi~~ah Avenue East to ',
<br />Twenty-seventh Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, is the sum of $18,536.51, as aforesaid, which '~

<br />is by this Ordinance assessed against the parcels of prroperty hereinafter described in the ~
<br />amounts set opposite, respectively. ~.

<br />Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine
<br />and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-wit:
