<br />An Ordinance levying assessments for the paving of Nixon Street from Twenty-fourth Avenue
<br />East to Twenty-fifth Avenue East in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 8942, passed by
<br />the said Common Council on the 11}th day of October, 19t+6, and appro ved by the Mayor thereof on
<br />October 15, 1946, determine to pay Nixon Street from Twenty-fourth Avenue East to Twenty-fifth
<br />Avenue East, in the City of ~.igene, Lane County, Oregon; and
<br />?nrHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with
<br />said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the cos is thereof and amount to
<br />be assessed have been ascertained to be,
<br />Amount paid contractor, ~ 4,289.58

<br />amount assessed property ~ 4,501+.06
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed otiners of the herein- j

<br />after designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given and in ~~
<br />compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council of the City

<br />of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1914, and approved by the Aiayor thereof on 'the 21st day of
<br />April, 1911x, and the Common Council having heard any and all. protests, objections and remonstrances
<br />thereto and having fully considered the same. ''

<br />Section 1. That the total cost of paving Ninon Street from Twenty-fourth Avenue East to l
<br />Twenty-fifth Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, is the sum of X1r,504.06, as aforesaid, which is ~

<br />by this Ordinance assessed ag~:nst the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts
<br />set opposite, respectively.
<br />Section 2. That the Common Council of try City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine
<br />and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-wit:
