<br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance P1o. 9113 of the City of Eugene, entitled: "An Ordinance
<br />to create or divide the City into Dist,riets within some of which it shall be lawf~.z1, and
<br />i u~rithin others of whi_ch'it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain
<br />buildings, or to carry on certain trades or c211ings, or within which the height a.nd bulk
<br />of future buildings shall be limited, and providing for se±.ba.ck lines, and providing
<br />~ for a penal.t~% for the violation thereof", passed by the Common Counc3.1 April S, 1935, and
<br />approved by the Ma~ror , April 9, 193:
<br />UJHEREAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene, the Cit~r Planning
<br />Commission has prepared a tentative report and held hearings thereon and has adopted the tenta-
<br />five report as their final a.nd permanent report and transmitted t1~e same to the C~t~r Council w~_th
<br />recorrunendation that the same be enacted into an Ordinance;

<br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. ~t~13, entitled:
<br />"An Ordinance to create or divide the Cit;T into Districts within some of which it shall
<br />be lawful and. ~y~ithin others of which it shall be unlawful to erect, constr~zct, a]_ter
<br />or maintain certain buildings, or to carr~T on cert a~.n trades or callings, or .•rithin
<br />which the. height and bu1.Ic of future buildings shall be limited, and providing for set-
<br />back lines, and providing for a pen~~.]_ty fer the violation thereof",
