THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the survey, plat and report of the City Engineer upon the proposed opening of the alley between Eighth Avenue West and West Brcad?way from Van Ruren Street to Tyler Street, in Eugene, Oregon, made and filed by him with the City Recorder on Dec- ember 8th., 19-7, pursuant to the resolution of the Common Council of the City of Eugene passed on the 2~+th day of November, lq~-7, is deemed satisfactory and is hereby adopted a.s so made in thn ?~rords and figuxes following, to-?^;it: TO THE HONO'RABLE' MAYOR AND COMP~~GId COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON GENTLEhiFN: Pursuant to the resolution of November 10, 19-7, I here+rrith submit a report of the survey for the opening of the alley extending east and ?asst betvreen Eighth Avenue West and West Br.oad~rray, from Van Buren Street to Tyler Street in Eugene, Oregon.
