WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Grdinance No. ~C~7, passed by the said Common Council on the 25th day of August, 1Q~-'7, a,nd approved by the i~4~:,yor thereof on the 26th day of August, 197, determine to construct a cement sidewalk on the ~sest side of Harris Street between 23rd Avenue and 25th Avenue in the City of Eugene, ~ Lane County, Oregon, and, WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance f~itr~ raid Ordinance and the law in such case made ?nd. provided, and the costa thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascert~.ined to be, Amount paid cc.r_tra.ctor 5p Engineering ch-.rye Amount assessed property ~1,o56.a7 52.55 ~1,1Cj.52 WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance 1`'0. 1510, passed by the Common Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, lal~+, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the 21st day of April, 191!x, and the Common Council hawing heard any ~:nd all protest•~-, objections and remonstrances thereto and having fully considered the same.
