<br />ORDINANCE N0. 9091 -
<br />An Ordinance levying assessments forthe construction of a concrete sidewalk on the
<br />East side of Filmore Street between V4'est Broadway and Eleventh Avenue West in the City
<br />of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 8073,

<br />passed by the Common Council on the 27th day of October, 1917, and approved by the ~,&yor
<br />thereof on the 28th day of October, 19Li.7, determine to construct a concrete sidewalk
<br />on the East side of Filmore Street between West Broadway and Eleventh Avenue West in
<br />the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and,
<br />1VHEREAS, the improvements above described and designated has been made in accord-
<br />ance with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs
<br />thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be; -
<br />Amount paid contractor ~ 893.52
<br />5% Engineering charge l.~.68 - -
<br />Amount assessed property ~-938.20
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed otivners of the
<br />hereinafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and reg-
<br />ularly given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by
<br />the Common Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1911}, and approved
<br />by the NTayor thereof on the 21st day of April, 1914, and the Common Council having -
<br />heard any and all protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having fully
<br />considered the same.
<br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWSs
<br />Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a cement sidew,,,lk on the east side
<br />of Filmore Street between West Broadway and Eleventh Avenue West in the City of Eugene
<br />is the sum of X938.20 as aforesaid, which is by this Ordinance assessed against the
<br />parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite, respectively.
<br />Section 2. That the Common Counoil of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby

<br />determine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, EAregon, to wit;
<br />1. , ORAL B. CA~'IPBELL AND DOROTHY K. CAP.;PBELL;
<br />Beginning at a point 10 7 feet East and 25 feet
<br />North. of the Southwest corner of Lot 13 of the
<br />Huddleston Addition as platted on page 398 of
<br />Volume W, Lane County Oregon Deed Records, and
<br />running thence East parallel with the South line
<br />of said lot 96 feet, thence.South parallel with
<br />the West lire of Lots 13 and 12, 75 feet., thence
<br />West 96 feet and. thence North parallel with the.
<br />West line of Lots 12 and 13, 7.5 feet to the _
<br />place of beginning in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
