Grant Streets in the City of Eugene, Lane <br />County, Oregon. <br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. X051, passed <br />by the said. Common Council on the 25th day of August, 1Q~+7, and approved by the Mayor <br />thereof on the 26th day of August, 1a~7, determine to construct a cement sidewalk on <br />the West side of Chambers between Thirteenth Avenue and. Fourteenth Avenue and on the <br />South side of Thirteenth Avenue between Chambers and Grant Streets, in the City of Eugene, <br />Lane County, Oregon; and <br />WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance <br />~rrith said. Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof <br />and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be, <br />Amount paid contractor <br />5~ Engineering char ge <br />Amount assessed property <br />$239.50 <br />11.8 <br />$251.8 <br />'AREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the ourners and reputed ov~mers of <br />the hereinafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and <br />regularly given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed <br />by the Common Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, l~l~+, and <br />approved by the Mayor thereof on the 21st day of April, lql~+, and. the Common Council <br />having heard any and all protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having fully <br />considered the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLI~Of~rS: <br />Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a didewalk on the West side of <br />Chambers between Thirteenth Avenue and. Fourteenth Avenue and on the South side of <br />Thirteenth Avenue bet~:reen Chamb era street and Grant Streets in the City of Eugene, is <br />the sum of $251.x+8, as aforesaid, which is by this Ordinance assessed against the par- <br />eels of ;oroperty hereinaf ter described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby <br />determine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-wit: <br />1. F. 0. S`.'RONACH: <br />Lot 1 of Block 17, Chambers Addition, except the West 70 feet, in <br />Eugene, Lane County, Oregon $2uo.~+5 <br />2. CITY OF EUGENE; <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 17, Chambers <br />Addition, running thence North 6 feet, thence East 6 feet, thence <br />South 6 feet, thence Wlest 6 feet to the place of beginning, in <br />Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. ll.Oj <br />1 <br />~. <br />~+' <br />Section j.
