WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene' did by Ordinance No. 9068,=passed by the said Common Council on the lZ!th day of October, 197, and approved by the Mayor thereof on October 15, 147, determine to construct a sidewalk on the South side of. Clark Avenue between Lincoln and.
