That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Line County, Oregon, does <br />~i <br />~~ hereby declare its intenti on to construct a sanitary sewer on the East side of Moss Street <br />and the North side of mission Avenue betureen T~,aenty-third Avenue and Oak Grove Drive, and <br />h making such. other and further improvements in connection there-with as may bP necessary and <br />i~ proper to a properly constructed seTrrer all in accordance urith the plans and specifications <br />i~ <br />j~ to be prepared by the city engineer a,s hereinafter specified. <br />~~ Section 2. That the costs of said construction shall be assessed and be borne by the <br />i~ <br />~~ property adjacent to said construction except street intersections which will be baid. by <br />~~ <br />~~ the city, a,n d there shall be included as a part of the costs thereof, the engineers charges <br />! for his services thereon not to exceed five per cent of the contract price therefor. <br />~~ Section That the City Engineer is hereby directed to make and prepare plans and <br />~~; apecifica.tion~`for the said construction as provided in Section One of this Ordinance and <br />file the same with the City Recorder. <br />Section ~.
