<br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance I~Jo. 81113 of the City of of Eugene, entitled:
<br />"Ari Ordinance to create or divide the City into Dictricts within some of
<br />which it shall be lawful, and within others of vrhich it shall be unlavrfu.l
<br />to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain buildings, or to carry on
<br />' certain trades or callings, or within which the height and bulk o f future
<br />buildings shall be limited, and providing for setback lines, and providing
<br />fora penalty for the violation thereof", passed b~T the Common Council
<br />April 8, 1935, and approved btT the Mayor:; April 9, 1935•
<br />V'IHEREAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene, the City
<br />Planning Commission hay prepared a tentative report and held hearings thereon and has
<br />adopted the tentative report as their final and permanent report ar_d transmitted the same
<br />to the City Council vrith recommendation that the same be enacted into an Ordinance;

<br />' Section 1. That Ordinance No. 8It13, ent itled:

<br />the same is hereb;,r amended in the following particulars
<br />That the Classification of:
<br />Lots It, 5, 6, 7, 8, 17, 18, 19 and the yTest 10 feet of Lot 20 in Block 35 of
<br />the Amended Plat of Fairmount, as platted and recorded at page 12 of volume
<br />2, Lane County Oregon flat Records, in .Crane County, Oregon.
<br />Also, beginning at the ~Jortheast corner of Lot 22, thence South 89° OS' .°test
<br />feet to a one inch iron pipe, thence South 89° Its' East 65 feet to a one
<br />inch iron pipe at a point on the Fast boundary line of Lot 22, thence PJorth
<br />0° 15' East 91.3 feet to the place of beginning, all in Block 35 of the
<br />~ Amended Plat of Fairmount, as platted and recorded at page 12 of volume 2,
<br />L"one County,Oregon Plat t~ecords in Lane County, Oregon. Property located
<br />at 2263f East 15th Street.
<br />be and. the same is hereby designated as B-1 Business classification and zoning.
<br />Section 2. `That the City Engineer be and he is txereby directed to cause the map attach-
<br />ed to Ordinance rlo. 81113 to shotiv the foregoing change of classification of areas and to
<br />note thereon the rule with respect to buildings in B-1 Business ~'istricts.
